Return & Exchange Policy

At Shapiro Capital, we hope you love your merch. If you need a different size, color, or want to exchange it for a completely different product, just let us know.

 As a small independent store, we don’t offer cash refunds — but we’ll happily help you pick something else you’re sure to enjoy with an exchange or store credit (for the full amount minus shipping).

You can make a request within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it or give you full store credit at no extra cost.

Simply email merchreturns@mshapirocapital.com with your order number to get started. You’re responsible for return shipping costs. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.
